Sales tax return for companies
We process sales tax returns for companies. Also for companies that supply goods or services to a VAT-registered company outside the Netherlands. We process an ICP declaration in addition to the standard turnover tax declaration. The sales tax return is normally processed at the end of a quarter. Sometimes an entrepreneur is required to file a VAT return every month.
Annual accounts & payroll administration for companies
Every year we process annual financial statements for companies. For the Private Liability Company, we will also process a corporate income tax return. The financial statements are then filed with the chamber of commerce and minutes are prepared that establish the financial statements.
If you employ personnel then a salary administration will also have to be carried out. This administration consists of monthly payroll processing. The employee receives a payslip that meets all requirements and a payroll tax return is processed that takes care of the tax and premium payments.
